Corporate Terms of Service & Purchase Agreement

Last Updated: July 2026

This Corporate Terms of Service and Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between MI Limited Rad Cert ("Company", "Provider", "We", "Us") and the purchasing entity, corporation, medical practice, or licensed facility ("Client", "Buyer", "Practice") utilizing our business-to-business (B2B) digital compliance training resources, licenses, and operational materials.

By checking the "Terms and Conditions" consent box at checkout or initializing any digital platform access, the Client explicitly agrees to be bound by all parameters outlined herein.

1. Scope of B2B Compliance Services Provided

MI Limited Rad Cert operates exclusively as a business-to-business vendor providing regulatory compliance instructional materials, software training licenses, and technical tracking tools.

  • Didactic Training Scope: For Tier 1 (Chiropractic, Podiatric) and Tier 2 (Comprehensive/Urgent Care) tracks, the Provider delivers approximately 32 hours of interactive online didactic instructional material hosted on a secure external infrastructure (Thinkific).

  • Non-Institutional Status: This program functions as a corporate compliance asset to satisfy Michigan Administrative Rule 333.5212. MI Limited Rad Cert is not a vocational trade school, career academy, or proprietary public/private university. No individual career placement, academic counseling, or student job placement services are provided under these B2B licenses.

2. Complete Absolute Shift of Operational & Clinical Liability

Pursuant to Michigan state regulatory compliance frameworks for limited-scope x-ray operators:

  • Employer Responsibility: For all online didactic tracks ($449 and $799 tiers), the purchasing Practice explicitly assumes 100% of all legal liability, clinical instruction supervision, and hands-on operational competency verification.

  • Clinical Check-offs: The Provider provides no physical site placement, clinical oversight, or clinical instructional services for these tiers. The Practice’s internal licensed Medical Director or supervising physician is solely responsible for teaching, monitoring, and validating all required practical hours and hands-on performance protocols.

  • The Provider-Issued Form: To assist the Client in maintaining structured business records, the Provider supplies a standardized Clinical Competency Check-Off PDF Template within the final platform modules. The Client's supervising physician must manually fill out, execute, and sign this form. This document must be retained entirely within the Client’s internal corporate compliance logs for state inspection purposes. The Provider assumes no responsibility for auditing, approving, or verifying the accuracy of the executed form.

3. Transaction Structure & Multi-User Requirements

  • Individual Profile Mapping: Each purchase transaction provisions exactly one (1) individual training seat mapped to the exact name and email entered during the checkout sequence.

  • Multi-Staff Onboarding: Practices requiring training seats for multiple personnel must execute a separate, distinct checkout transaction for each staff member using their specific name and email data. Bulk manual corporate provisioning can alternatively be requested by contacting corporate accounts via telephone.

4. Strict No-Refund and Final Sale Policy

Because completion of this transaction immediately grants access to proprietary digital compliance assets, software licenses, and secure portal configurations on our Thinkific infrastructure, all sales are final.

  • Absolutely no refunds, partial refunds, account cancellations, or credit card chargebacks will be permitted or honored once a user registration has been finalized or platform training materials have been initialized.

5. Compliance Verifications & Dynamic Certificates

Upon successful completion of all digital instructional modules, quizzes, and background knowledge checks, the tracking infrastructure will generate a digital Certificate of Didactic Completion. This certificate verifies the conclusion of the 40-hour didactic framework only. It does not constitute a state license or a validation of clinical hands-on capability, which remains the sole responsibility of the purchasing facility's Supervising Physician or other qualified individual.
